New here?
Getting started takes you from an empty workspace to a live widget in four steps.
Engadin AI answers your visitors from your own website. A workspace holds one or more agents, one per site. Each agent reads its site every night, answers questions out of it with citations, captures leads, and reports back the questions the site could not answer.

Just need the tag?
Embedding the widget covers the script tag, tag managers, positioning and the full-page chat.
Building on it?
The REST API answers questions server to server; the MCP server hands your own AI tools the workspace.
Answers look wrong?
Answer quality and troubleshooting are the two pages to read in that order.
| Piece | What it is |
|---|---|
| Workspace | An organization. Owns agents, members, integrations and API keys. |
| Agent | One website. Owns a sitemap, a private index, settings and a widget. |
| Index | The agent’s site, crawled, split into passages and embedded for search. |
| Widget | The chat in the corner of your pages, or a full-page chat at /chat. |
| Conversation | Everything one visitor said and was told, with sources and scores. |
| Lead | Contact details and interest extracted from a conversation. |
Everything an agent answers comes from that agent’s own index. Two agents in the same workspace never see each other’s pages.
The dashboard is at engadin.ai/admin/ and signs you in by magic link — no password.
